This is a static product website. Its code does not include analytics, advertising scripts, account registration, contact forms, or cookies. When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send.
When hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Google Play and other external links have their own privacy policies.

Trading AI: Gold Signals ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Trading AI: Gold Signals mobile application (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
A. Account Information
When you register using Firebase Authentication, we may collect:
- Email address
- User ID
- Authentication credentials (managed securely by Firebase)
We do NOT store your password directly.
B. Advertising and Prior Purchases
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on your consent choices and applicable requirements, its SDK may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Advertising identifiers may be unavailable when you restrict them in device settings. You can review available consent options in Profile under Ad privacy choices.
This version does not offer new subscriptions or initialize RevenueCat in the app. Historical subscription records may remain with us, RevenueCat or the app stores for prior purchases, support and required recordkeeping. We do not collect or store raw payment-card details.
C. Device Information
We may collect limited technical information such as:
- Device type
- Operating system version
- App version
- Anonymous usage data
This helps us improve the Service.
For signed-in app users, we also record the first tracked visit and the UTC dates on which the app is used. These records are linked to your existing account and used to calculate aggregate return-usage statistics. Admin reports show counts and percentages, not individual activity histories. Daily activity records are kept for up to 90 days plus the current day; the first tracked visit is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account also deletes these activity records.
D. Push Notifications
If enabled, we may send push notifications related to:
- New trading signals
- Account updates
- Service announcements
You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide signal and analysis access and operate advertising
- Send trading signals
- Improve app performance
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT sell your personal information.
3. Data Storage and Security
We use secure third-party services such as:
- Firebase
- Google AdMob
- RevenueCat and app stores for historical purchase records
These providers implement industry-standard security measures.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We may share limited data only with trusted third-party providers necessary to operate the Service. These include Firebase (authentication and backend), Google AdMob (advertising and consent), and RevenueCat and the app stores where needed for historical purchases.
We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as:
- Your account is active
- Necessary to provide the Service
- Required by law
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" button in App Settings, or by emailing fxsignalstrust@gmail.com. Data is permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days of a deletion request.
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at the email above.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your data

7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
